Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children and individuals with autism through ABA therapy, providing one-on-one services in homes, schools, and community settings.

The role focuses on developing communication, social, behavior, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies, with paid training and flexible afternoon/evening hours. Growth opportunities include milestones toward Lead, Senior, and Specialist positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings, with the ability to maintain a consistent agreed-upon schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies and positive behavior support techniques.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other assigned settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team collaboration.
