Alora Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our California team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, under BCBA supervision, to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

New to ABA? We provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within our Milestone Moments program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Deliver services in clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, and caregivers to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration.
