Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision.

New to ABA? Training is provided and paid. Explore flexible part-time schedules with afternoon and evening sessions and opportunities for career growth within the Milestone Moments program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available for 15 hours per week in afternoons/evenings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment screening and onboarding including background check and TB testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Deliver services in clients' homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervision teams, caregivers, and staff to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
