Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will support communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Part-time afternoon/evening shifts with flexible scheduling, paid training, RBT exam reimbursement potential, and BCBA mentorship. Join a team that values development and meaningful impact in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional/educational setting is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliable, willing to learn, and compassionate toward others.
• Pre-employment screening and onboarding per policy may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data, track progress, and complete accurate documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
