Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism in homes, schools, and clinics. You will implement individualized plans, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and families in a supportive team environment.

The role offers paid training, flexible part-time afternoon/evening hours, and growth opportunities within the Milestone Moments program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening (background TB, health docs).
• Preferred experience with autism or related disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
