Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in California. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related needs, under supervision, helping them communicate, socialise, and develop daily living skills.

New to ABA? We will train you and offer mentorship, with growth opportunities through our Milestone Moments program. Earn $21–$25 per hour with paid training and flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity preferred.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, mainly afternoons/evenings, with consistent schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies and positive behavior support techniques.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration.
