Job summary

Lighthouse, based in New York City, is looking for passionate Behavior Technicians to join their team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

This role allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of children and their families while promoting skill development and independence. Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ABA therapy is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for children.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team members.
