Job summary

Lighthouse ABA provides in-home ABA therapy for children with autism, working under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans. You will engage with children and their families to support progress and generalization of skills in daily life.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and able to manage data, notes, and documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; evenings/weekends availability is welcomed to meet client schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collect data.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Maintain progress notes and data collection.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
