Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will build relationships with children and families, contributing to growth, development, and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data collection and documentation.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and adapt as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust plans.
• Communicate updates to parents/caregivers and document progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
