Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 and small-group ABA-based instruction across home, clinic, community, and school settings. You will collect data on programs, reinforce positive behaviors, and support parent training under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related area.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience also acceptable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience with data collection and progress notes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teach targeted behaviors using ABA techniques and reinforcement systems.
• Record and summarize training data and progress.
• Communicate with parents, school staff and administrators.
• Assist with parent training and transition planning between services.
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality requirements and document outcomes.
