Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and provide direct one-on-one therapy in person. The role focuses on teaching social, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans.

Ideal candidates are patient, team-oriented, and capable of precise data recording; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
