Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-12 in a center setting. This role emphasizes natural play, data collection, and progress reporting to BCBA-supervised teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Ability to lift and assist clients up to 30 pounds
• Excellent communication with families and team

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children ages 2–12
• Follow each client’s skill acquisition and behavior support plans
• Collect, record data, and write therapy notes for each session
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials
• Attend required trainings to maintain and expand knowledge
