Job summary

Brightleaf Behavioral Support seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians to provide ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in clients' homes and community settings.

You will implement BCBA-developed treatment plans, deliver one-on-one therapy, collect progress data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and utilize appropriate behavior management strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with clients and families.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Attend required trainings and supervision sessions.
