Zusammenfassung

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 therapy in our clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and record progress using Central Reach.

We offer paid supervision towards BCBA certification, a consistent weekday schedule, and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive, growth-oriented team in Texas.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Must be able to assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations based on company needs and demand.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
