Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data under supervision.

Requirements include Active RBT certification (or eligibility), high school diploma, and reliable transportation. A passion for helping children and families is essential, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligible)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus)
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect real-time client progress data
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions
