Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to work one-on-one with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and provide high-quality ABA therapy under supervision.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT credential (or eligibility), a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong communication skills. Must have reliable transportation and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningfully skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
