Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data under BCBA supervision.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a passion for improving outcomes for children and families. Transportation is required for in-home visits.

Competenze

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
