Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy and implement plans under supervision.

The role requires active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and experience with autism. Reliable transportation and strong communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication with families and colleagues.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children in various settings (home/school/clinic).
• A passion for helping children with autism and developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress in real time.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
