Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy under supervision.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor's degree is a plus), and reliable transportation. We value strong communication, compassion, and a passion for helping children and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligible to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
