Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support skill development.

The role requires active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children and families. A reliable vehicle and flexible schedule are important for success.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
