Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing plans designed by the supervising BCBA and tracking progress with our clinical software.

Requirements include an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (Bachelor's in psychology or related field a plus), reliable transportation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
