Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking compassionate individuals to join our in-home ABA team as Behavior Technicians. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering ABA programs and helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a home setting.

We offer immediate openings with flexible scheduling, competitive pay including training compensation, and opportunities for BCBA supervision and tuition reimbursement. Statewide opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Keep track of progress using our easy-to-use data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
