Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT/BT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills with hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data on treatment goals, and share progress with families. Flexible full‑ or part‑time schedules offer after‑school and weekend hours to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work after-school hours or weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
