Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD. The role follows a patient-specific treatment plan and requires collecting data using an electronic system, with strong collaboration among families and supervisors.

The position is part-time with afternoon hours from 2pm to 8pm, and offers opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and tuition assistance to support your professional development within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in ABA or Special Education preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Flexible afternoon availability (2pm–8pm) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).
