Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism, under BCBA guidance.

This part-time role offers a $22.00–$30.00 per hour pay range and a 2pm–8pm schedule in the New Jersey area, with a $250 sign-on bonus and bilingual English/Spanish communication support.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA approaches in home settings preferred.
• Able to collect and record data accurately.
• Strong communication with families and supervisors.
• Familiarity with documenting progress and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs.
