Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our East Coast team. This part-time position provides in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD under supervision, delivering evidence-based strategies to improve learning, safety, and social engagement.

You will collect data, communicate with families and supervisors, and participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to serve diverse families.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in special education (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behaviour-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours and decrease behaviours that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).
