Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist for Mercer County to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism. The role supports families, follows a BCBA-guided treatment plan, and relies on data collection to track progress.

The position offers a $250 sign-on bonus and opportunities to advance to lead RBT roles. Part-time afternoon shifts (2pm–8pm) are available, with a supportive team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA and special education preferred.
• Experience with data collection and behavior-analytic strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plan

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
