Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist/RBT to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA services for children with autism. The role focuses on applying behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors, aligning with each patient’s treatment plan.

You will collect data, document progress in an electronic system, and stay in close contact with families and supervisors to ensure coherence across care. The team emphasizes growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Experience collecting behavioral data for treatment planning.
• Excellent communication with families and supervisors.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
