Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism across Middlesex County, NJ. Therapists will work closely with a BCBA-guided plan, delivering evidence-based interventions and tracking progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to support diverse families. Opportunities for growth include Lead RBT and advancement toward Full Time RBT roles.

Qualifications

• Language: English and Spanish spoken in the work context.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Apply behaviour-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours and decrease challenging behaviours as per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).
