Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD in New Jersey. This part-time role offers afternoon hours (2pm–8pm) with a pay range of $22.00–$30.00 per hour, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA or ASD support preferred.
• 1 year of experience in special education preferred.
• Knowledge of data collection and reporting

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease interfering behaviors following the treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Experience:
