Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism, under supervisor guidance. This is a part-time position with pay at $22.00–$30.00 per hour.

You will record data, apply behavior-analytic strategies, and communicate clearly with families and the admin team. English proficiency and 1 year of special education or ABA experience are preferred, with growth opportunities into RBT roles.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education preferred.
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Implement behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors.
• Collect and submit data using electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs.
