Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in New Jersey. You will use evidence-based strategies to support communication, learning, and behavior goals under supervision.

The role offers an afternoon schedule (2pm–8pm), English & Spanish language support, a $250 sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, ongoing training, and growth opportunities such as Lead RBT or Full Time RBT.

Qualifications

• In-home 1:1 ABA services experience preferred.
• Experience with autism interventions and data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease problematic behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs.
