Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Wisconsin is hiring both new Behavior Therapists and registered Behavior Technicians to join a diverse team. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to implement behavior programs in centers, homes, or schools.

We offer paid on-the-job training for RBT certification with full clinician support and a path to earning RBT within 30 days. Excellent communication, reliability, and a passion for helping children are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet BACB eligibility to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain the RBT certification through BACB.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy in centers, homes, and schools.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans designed by BCBAs to meet individual goals.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to monitor client progress and adjust plans.
• Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on intervention techniques.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards and complete documentation.
