Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Woburn, MA, is hiring Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a diverse, supportive team. You will implement top-tier behavior therapy programs through 1:1 therapy, data collection, and teamwork with BCBAs.

New BTs can receive paid on-the-job training and pursue RBT certification within 30 days with clinician support. RBTs will have opportunities to grow through our RBT Rise Program and professional development.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, or schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as designed by BCBAs.
• Data collection and recording with accuracy during therapy sessions.
• Progress monitoring with supervising BCBAs and adjusting plans as needed.
• Handle behavior reduction techniques per intervention plan.
• Aid clients in developing functional skills and social/communication abilities.
• Provide training and support to parents/caregivers at home.
• Maintain professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Complete required paperwork and session notes.
• Maintain open communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
