Imagination ABA Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, track client progress, and help create a positive, engaging session environment.

This entry-level position offers flexible per diem scheduling, local opportunities in New Jersey, hands-on training, and supportive supervision, with RBT coursework available for certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
