Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll implement behavior plans, collect data, and build meaningful relationships under the guidance of a BCBA.

The role offers in-person work with flexible full-time or part-time options, opportunities for BCBA certification, and potential training reimbursement as you progress.

Qualifications

• Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity.
• Have an active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings, since our clients count on consistency.
• Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids.
• Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Can keep up physically, getting on the floor, moving around, staying active (able to lift ~50 lbs).
• Are at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow.
• Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.
