Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA mentor, following individualized plans, implementing behavior strategies, and collecting data to track progress. You’ll be part of a supportive network, with pathways toward BCBA certification, and flexible scheduling options to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related roles is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Able to lift approximately 50 lbs and stay physically active.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Work with kids in homes, schools and daycares with BCBA mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data on client progress and adjust approaches as directed.
• Build consistent, positive relationships to support growth.
