Job summary

Ro Health is hiring a Behavior Technician/Behavioral Class Aide to support students in Mountain View area schools for the 2025-2026 year. In-person role focusing on ABA-based behavioral support with students from pre-K to high school, 1:1 or classroom-wide assignments, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities include providing behavioral and educational support, maintaining task focus, and collaborating with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be instructionally eligible.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred; school setting experience preferred.
• Strong assessment skills are desirable.
• Passion for supporting students and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in 1:1 or general classroom settings.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Occasional bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
