Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plan-driven interventions and collect data to track progress under BCBA supervision.

The candidate should have an active RBT certification or be eligible to obtain one, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
