Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes accurate data collection and collaboration with families to ensure skill generalization.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering evidence-based interventions with strong teamwork and communication. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification or be eligible to obtain it
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
