Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills in a one-on-one setting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in supervision, training and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
