Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans, collect data, and work with BCBAs and families to support skill development.

Requirements include an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping children are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
