Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to support children with autism in 1:1 sessions across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and ensure accurate data collection.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong communication, and a passion for helping families. Certification as an RBT is required or eligible to obtain, with opportunities for professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs under supervision.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
