Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision, track progress with clinical software, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure consistency and meaningful skill development.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus), and

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
