Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and track progress in real time, while maintaining a supportive, safe environment for each session.

Applicants should hold an active RBT certification (or be eligible), have a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and demonstrate reliable transportation and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education is a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect data on client progress in clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions
