Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is hiring for ABA therapy roles focused on 1:1 sessions with children and young adults. You will implement individualized behavioral plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to deliver high-quality care in home and community settings.

Ideal candidates have ABA experience or related child-focused work, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA therapy or working with children with autism is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral plans and data collection for pediatric clients.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, and parent training as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and document all sessions daily.
• Receive supervision from BCBA at minimum 10% of services provided.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to deliver treatment.
