Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism in home or community settings in Maryland. You will implement behavioral plans, collect daily data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to support progress.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
• Must possess a High School Degree

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain data and trials daily for each pediatric patient across programs.
• Coordinate with BCBA and team, attend supervision and parent training as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients and families as indicated by BACB.
