Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking 1:1 ABA therapists to deliver in-home and community-based therapy for children and young adults with autism. You will implement customized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Flexible hours, ongoing training, and supportive team culture are highlighted throughout the role. This position emphasizes hands-on therapy, data collection, and strong communication with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings.
