Golden Steps ABA is seeking an on-site ABA therapist/RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in our clinic. You will implement individualized treatment plans and participate in BCBA-led trainings and parent education.

Ideal candidates have up to 6 months ABA experience or work with children with disabilities, strong writing/communication skills, and reliable transportation. A background check is required and a collaborative, supportive team environment is offered.

Qualificações

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Background check willingness is required.
• Reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the clinic.
• Experience as an ABA therapist or with autism is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in the clinic.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members about treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from the BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around child patients and other RBTs in the clinic.
• Enter data and trials daily for each pediatric patient across programs.
• Be available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings as required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
