Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism, in home or community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavioral interventions, record data, participate in team trainings and parent coaching, and collaborate with a supportive, growth‑focused team. We offer mentorship, professional development, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to the home of clients
• Must possess a High School Degree
• Experience in roles such as nanny/teacher/paraprofessional can ease transition to RBT role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
